References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the wholesale vend of liquor by wholesale vendors.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every wholesale vendor carrying on the wholesale vend of liquor shall make an application in Form H to the Excise Commissioner within ten days, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees.\n3. The Excise Guard shall ensure that excisable article is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Excise Commissioner within ten days.\n4.
