References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the survey of land by licensed surveyors.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every licensed surveyor carrying on the survey of land shall make an application in Form 12 to the Board of Revenue within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.\n3. The Surveyor shall ensure that khasra is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Board of Revenue within one hundred and twenty days.\n4.
