References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the management of common areas by associations of allottees.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every association of allottees carrying on the management of common areas shall make an application in Form D to the Authority within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.\n3. The Registrar of the Authority shall ensure that rent receipt is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Authority within sixty days.\n4.
