References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the preparedness of a hospital for emergencies by operators of a hospital.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a hospital carrying on the preparedness of a hospital for emergencies shall make an application in Form G to the State Authority within seven days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.\n3. The District Collector shall ensure that stock is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the State Authority within seven days.\n4.
