References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the removal of earth from Government land by persons removing earth from Government land.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every person removing earth from Government land carrying on the removal of earth from Government land shall make an application in Form 14 to the Land Tribunal within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.\n3. The Surveyor shall ensure that record of rights is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Land Tribunal within fifteen days.\n4.
