References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the running of a village bus stand by licensees of a village bus stand.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee of a village bus stand carrying on the running of a village bus stand shall make an application in Form 6 to the Panchayat Samiti within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.\n3. The Extension Officer shall ensure that fair is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Panchayat Samiti within sixty days.\n4.
