References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the survey of land by licensed surveyors.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every licensed surveyor carrying on the survey of land shall make an application in Form 2 to the Board of Revenue within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.\n3. The Circle Officer shall ensure that holding is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Board of Revenue within sixty days.\n4.
