References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the safety of a school building by owners of a school building.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a school building carrying on the safety of a school building shall make an application in Form F to the State Executive Committee within one day, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.\n3. The Emergency Officer shall ensure that fire safety certificate is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the State Executive Committee within one day.\n4.
