References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the operation of a rural water supply scheme by operators of a rural water supply scheme.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a rural water supply scheme carrying on the operation of a rural water supply scheme shall make an application in Form 2 to the Zila Parishad within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.\n3. The Chief Executive Officer of the Zila Parishad shall ensure that muster roll is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Zila Parishad within ninety days.\n4.
