References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the execution of relief works by contractors for relief works.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every contractor for relief works carrying on the execution of relief works shall make an application in Form C to the Civil Defence Controller within seven days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.\n3. The Deputy Collector shall ensure that warning is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Civil Defence Controller within seven days.\n4.
