References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the running of a village bus stand by licensees of a village bus stand.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee of a village bus stand carrying on the running of a village bus stand shall make an application in Form 7 to the District Collector within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.\n3. The Panchayat Development Officer shall ensure that fair is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the District Collector within forty-five days.\n4.
