References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the maintenance of a housing complex by facility management agencies.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every facility management agency carrying on the maintenance of a housing complex shall make an application in Form C to the Competent Authority within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.\n3. The Adjudicating Officer shall ensure that register of projects is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Competent Authority within ninety days.\n4.
