References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the transport of hazardous chemicals by transporters of hazardous chemicals.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every transporter of hazardous chemicals carrying on the transport of hazardous chemicals shall make an application in Form A to the State Authority within one day, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.\n3. The Incident Commander shall ensure that shelter is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the State Authority within one day.\n4.
