References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the grazing of cattle on Government waste land by graziers on Government waste land.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every grazier on Government waste land carrying on the grazing of cattle on Government waste land shall make an application in Form 12 to the State Government within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.\n3. The Circle Officer shall ensure that certificate of occupancy is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the State Government within fifteen days.\n4.
