References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the receipt of grants by grantees.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every grantee carrying on the receipt of grants shall make an application in Form GFR 25 to the Procurement Authority within seven days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.\n3. The Budget Officer shall ensure that bond is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Procurement Authority within seven days.\n4.
