References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the keeping of a village shop by keepers of a village shop.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every keeper of a village shop carrying on the keeping of a village shop shall make an application in Form 4 to the District Collector within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.\n3. The Chief Executive Officer of the Zila Parishad shall ensure that ferry is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the District Collector within fourteen days.\n4.
