References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the occupation of premises by tenants.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every tenant carrying on the occupation of premises shall make an application in Form A to the Appellate Tribunal within seven days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.\n3. The Registrar of the Authority shall ensure that tenancy agreement is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Appellate Tribunal within seven days.\n4.
