References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the working of a brick kiln in a village by owners of a brick kiln in a village.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a brick kiln in a village carrying on the working of a brick kiln in a village shall make an application in Form 5 to the Panchayat Samiti within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.\n3. The Extension Officer shall ensure that work order is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Panchayat Samiti within thirty days.\n4.
