References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the holding of land by landholders.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every landholder carrying on the holding of land shall make an application in Form 1 to the Collector within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.\n3. The Tahsildar shall ensure that holding is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Collector within sixty days.\n4.
