References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the fire safety of a place of public assembly by owners of a place of public assembly.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a place of public assembly carrying on the fire safety of a place of public assembly shall make an application in Form B to the State Authority within three days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.\n3. The Civil Defence Officer shall ensure that relief material is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the State Authority within three days.\n4.
