References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the working of a brewery by brewers.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every brewer carrying on the working of a brewery shall make an application in Form A to the Commissioner within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.\n3. The Sub-Inspector of Excise shall ensure that stock register is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Commissioner within twenty-one days.\n4.
