References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the holding of land assessed to revenue by holders of land.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every holder of land carrying on the holding of land assessed to revenue shall make an application in Form 7 to the Settlement Officer within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.\n3. The Revenue Inspector shall ensure that map is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Settlement Officer within one hundred and eighty days.\n4.
