References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the holding of a fair by licensees of a fair.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee of a fair carrying on the holding of a fair shall make an application in Form 2 to the Panchayat Samiti within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.\n3. The Panchayat Inspector shall ensure that building is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Panchayat Samiti within twenty-one days.\n4.
