References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the removal of earth from Government land by persons removing earth from Government land.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every person removing earth from Government land carrying on the removal of earth from Government land shall make an application in Form 12 to the Revenue Divisional Officer within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees.\n3. The Revenue Inspector shall ensure that record of rights is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Revenue Divisional Officer within forty-five days.\n4.
