References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the occupation of land by occupants.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every occupant carrying on the occupation of land shall make an application in Form 5 to the Sub-Divisional Officer within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.\n3. The Revenue Inspector shall ensure that parcel of land is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Sub-Divisional Officer within sixty days.\n4.
