References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the receipt of grants by grantees.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every grantee carrying on the receipt of grants shall make an application in Form GFR 21 to the Government of Rajasthan within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.\n3. The Treasury Officer shall ensure that bill is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Government of Rajasthan within twenty-one days.\n4.
