References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the running of a village bus stand by licensees of a village bus stand.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee of a village bus stand carrying on the running of a village bus stand shall make an application in Form 1 to the Gram Panchayat within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.\n3. The Secretary of the Gram Panchayat shall ensure that assessment register is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Gram Panchayat within forty-five days.\n4.
