References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the survey of land by licensed surveyors.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every licensed surveyor carrying on the survey of land shall make an application in Form 14 to the Land Tribunal within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees.\n3. The Revenue Inspector shall ensure that certificate of occupancy is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Land Tribunal within thirty days.\n4.
