References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the working of a distillery by distillers.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every distiller carrying on the working of a distillery shall make an application in Form D to the Licensing Authority within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.\n3. The Excise Inspector shall ensure that still is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Licensing Authority within thirty days.\n4.
