References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the taking of a mortgage of agricultural land by mortgagees of agricultural land.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every mortgagee of agricultural land carrying on the taking of a mortgage of agricultural land shall make an application in Form 2 to the Land Tribunal within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.\n3. The Deputy Tahsildar shall ensure that map is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Land Tribunal within one hundred and twenty days.\n4.
