References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the grazing of cattle on Government waste land by graziers on Government waste land.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every grazier on Government waste land carrying on the grazing of cattle on Government waste land shall make an application in Form 3 to the Revenue Divisional Officer within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.\n3. The Surveyor shall ensure that record of rights is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Revenue Divisional Officer within sixty days.\n4.
