References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the operation of a critical facility by operators of a critical facility.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a critical facility carrying on the operation of a critical facility shall make an application in Form E to the National Executive Committee within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.\n3. The Relief Officer shall ensure that shelter is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the National Executive Committee within fourteen days.\n4.
