References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the enrolment of subscribers in a group by aggregators.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every aggregator carrying on the enrolment of subscribers in a group shall make an application in Form 13 to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the enrolment of subscribers in a group is undertaken, and the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.\n4.
